I bought these for Muay Thai. They fit around my legs and feet fine but between the bottom leg and front ankle where there’s no protection, it’s very uncomfortable when taking any steps. I’ll just deal with it and get some type of ankle wrap or cushion to help with that since I just bought these. **UPDATE So the seller reached out to me about the issues I had and offered to ship me another pair for free, just needed my size and consent. I decided to go a size down to see if it would fix any of the issues I was having and it completely did! For me going a size down was the right fit for me even though the first time I used their size chart (which I order a medium the first time). They feel perfectly fine when I take steps and fit nice! Really appreciated how the seller reached out to me. I can now give 5 stars, excellent customer service.

These seem good and sturdy so far haven’t tried them in an intense sparring match. They seem to cover the whole foot well also

Update: changed from 1 start to 4. Have the product another chance. The brand stands by their product and I feel that says a lot about the product. The straps are a good design. The padding is a good design. Threading can be an issue so look at that first. I honestly want to give this product 5 stars. Reason for one star is the threading all over the pads was falling apart. Worse unthreading was around d the straps. I only had it for 2 weeks and it was falling apart. I thought maybe it was the pair I bought so I returned and got another pair. Same issue with the second pair, unthreading all over. The pads and design are great but the threading is a major issue.

Got them for my 13 old son for MMA class and he loves them. The thickness and weight are perfect.

this is a solid choice for new guys looking to get into kickboxing muay thai or mma, it is cheaply made and parts on it broke for me within a few training practices although i still use them every now and again if my other shin guards stank.

I have to say that I’m very impressed with these shin guards! Im a full contact karate practitioner and these guards have done me very well so far in sparring. I’m able to throw leg kicks and check them while being confident that I’m not gonna hurt my opponent (or bruise my shins). Are they on the same level as the $100+ Yokkao shin guards? Of course not, because they’re $42 lol. But if I’m giving my personal opinion, in the past I had some $70ish Fairtex shin guards and I genuinely like the way these RDX fit/feel a lot more than those. I believe that these fit better 100%, they have a great snug shape to them. For the price and comfort combination, I would highly recommend these!
