The Big Book of Wild Cats: Fun Animal Facts for Kids

my 3 year old grandson loves wild cats and thrives on new information. not too much information at once, but a little bit at a time. did we know the tiger is bigger than the lion? did we know which babies are born blind? that not all wild cats can roar? that a lion's roar can be heard 5 miles away? this book picks out the perfect facts without overwhelming the young mind with much more information. while this book works well for my grandson, it also works well for the adults in our family who also want to learn a little bit more, but not be overwhelmed with a lot of detail. the book itself is printed beautifully, the colors are true and the paper is of good stock. each page is enticing and the way the book is organized also presents learning moments to the younger reader. well done!

I bought this book as a birthday gift for my 8-year old grandson who is very interested in big cats. He loves this book! As soon as he opened it he started reading it and didn't want to put it down. It is beautifully illustrated and easy to read for an 8 year old.

This is a good book for children. What I like most about it is the broad coverage of cats that are seldom covered in these kinds of books, i.e. not just lions, tigers, leopards, and the same old, same old. There are lots of smaller cats that children will not have heard of, as well as adults! It would be better with photographs instead of drawings, but overall it is a good book, and my child likes it a lot.

Bought as a gift for a 6 year old who is on a big cats kick. The pages are full of fun animal facts, and includes ALL the cats including a lot I’ve never heard of. We are enjoying reading together, good value.

Great book. My 7 year old cat lover loves it and has been reading it ever since again and again.

Book was ok. Was suppose to be for my nephews birthday gift but arrived with back cover of book bent. Customer service will not replace or refund without me sending it back. They sent me a defective item.
