Barbie Collector Dynasty Alexis Doll

Perfect collector item. We did not open her up! Going by doll in box she has the typical stiff body with movable legs and arms. Her hair is high quality but looks stiff too. God Bless.

A fancy doll. The face and hair look different than in the photo, but it was reasonably priced, and I'm very glad to have it in my collection.

While Mattel may be honoring the legacy of "Dynasty" via this release-this doll looks nothing like Alexis Morel Carrington Colby Dexter. The Kyrstal (Linda Evans) barbie is a masterpiece. So as a celebrity doll collector, I'm sending this to a doll artist to have it's face repainted to actually look like the celebrity. If Mattel truly wants to honor this great show, hopefully they will make another pass at a "Dynasty" Barbie collection (think about how many versions of Barbie have been produced for "The Wizard of Oz, " or "Grease", et....) and not only improve on her facial sculpt, but add Fallon (Pamela Sue Martin) and Sammy-Joe (Heather Locklier) to the line-up.

The queen of extra! Love the doll, just wish her legs bent at the knees but oh well. She’s well made and got excellent details.

the dress looks beautiful and the only complaint I have is the hair. the hair looks nothing like the picture it's ratty and very messy. I only got this one because I bought the krystle Barbie doll and figured she needs a BFF lol now I can see why this one cost 20 bucks and the other one cost 60. I'll probably open this package and keep the Krystle Barbie doll in its package forever. Plus I really want to see the RB in action and feel the dress it's so pretty and detailed and I like all the jewelry that each Barbie comes with. At first I gave this review who stars in that I changed it to four because the dress is pretty and the jewelry.

Alexis is just another one to add to my bad girl villain collection, she fits in so well and looks good

I bought both the Alexis and Krystle dolls as the show was at its peak in popularity when I was in my 20's. Absolutely love Krystle-Mattell nailed it with her! Her hair, face and clothing are spot on. However, the Alexis doll in comparison is a real disappointment, in fact if they weren't meant to be a set I would have returned her. Alexis looks like just another brunette Barbie with a pretty dress and nice jewelry-her hair is even awful and does not look like Alexis to me. Mine doesn't look as pictured here at all.
