The item does not work. I tried to get a refund via Amazon and they say not possible to get a refund.

Amazing product.. however I bought this item, and after 14 days, the charging block stopped working. I notified Amazon immediately and received a prompt response to say that this item wasn’t eligible for return even though I had marked it down as broken.. I’m extremely dissatisfied. Given the large sum of money I paid and have only had it for two weeks.Since writing this Amazon did fully refund me so I’m delighted, but I had to persevere with this.Maybe wiser to buy direct from currentbody.com

Most led masks will probably help your face by marginal percentages on various metrics. This mask is the best performing I've tried, my skin does feel a benefit.... but, the price is steep for what you get. If you have the money to splash, then go for it. But if you don't and you really need a silver bullet solution to a problem, this mask won't hit the performance/cost ratio for most.Results - my skin is a bit more even, both texture and pigment. The under eyes are less dry too. In terms of change, I'd say 10-15% after a month, with no signs of additional improvement. After a month I seen to have hit the limit and usage is maintenance at this point.Use - super easy to use, it's silicone (so soft and flexible), you clean your face, fasten it on, turn on, 10mins later you are done. It has eye holes too, but the lights are so bright you can see about 30-50% of what you would be able to without the mask.

I have had this for less than a year and the light will not stay on for longer than a minute! For £300 I really did expect so much better!

I got this, set it up, and thought it was broken. Turns out you have to PRESS AND HOLD the on button. The "face" is bigger than mine: i opted to have eye holes in the right place which meant the mouth was a bit low, but no worries. The strap sits a little low for my head so i had to move it up and hold it to get the mask flat to face. Apart from that, it was quite relaxing, not uncomfortable. Very bright, so closed my eyes (even more relaxing) and will use the "goggles" next time to see how that is. Yes, it looks like Dr Who, but i won't be wearing it out anywhere! Now to give it a few days/weeks/months and see the cumulative effect.
