Good product, looks really nice, it does feel like linen, good water absorption but it is just barely soft. If you are looking for a softer feel, this is not it. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is typical gas station bathroom hand towel and 10 is the nicest kind in an upscale restaurant or very fine hotel, this paper napkin is 7
