Huge Improvement
Exactly as described. My 1999 Suburban can tow like a champ! No more sagging when hitched up to my boat or rv. Highly recommended even if your Burban has no towing issues. This kit helped with the swaying and rolling motions when my rig is loaded down. Much more comfortable on those long trips.

Simple, fast install
Straightforward install. I own a body shop so I'm handy enough, but anyone mechanically inclined can handle it. Took me an hour and a half with air tools, including replacing a section of fuel line I punctured while drilling the frame on my '97 suburban. Product works better than I hoped. I just bought a 28' toy hauler with 1200 lbs of tongue weight. The bags level the truck perfectly. Camping World should be upselling customers with these hand over first. I think I'm just going to use a 12v mini compressor instead of an on board controller.

Very poor spring design
These springs have a maximum of 4” travel. When installed per directions they’re near full extension at normal ride height. I’d rip these off the first day normal on road driving in a mountain state. Instructions say use travel limiters which would be fine if they at least came close to full factory suspension travel. They’d be even worse on a pickup that doesn’t have a sway bar that limits travel

HELPFULL INSTALL HINT FOR SUBURBANS
KIT FITS GOOD AND EASY. NO NEED TO CUT THE BODY. JUST BEND UP A LITTLE WITH A CHANNEL LOCK PLIERS OR SMALL PIPE WENCH TO INSTALL AIR LINES ON BAG FITTING.

AIR LIFT 59518 Ride Control Rear Air Spring Kit
I put these kits on both my Chevy Tahoes for towing a camper without the rear "squatting". They do a great job for that and also control rear sway. The only fault I've found is the way the instructions have you mount them, they warn not to mount them so they are the axle-travel limiter, and to make sure the shocks do that job. These air springs and/or supplied mounts are too short to accomplish that. If you install these, just keep your vehicle off a lift afterwards so the axle doesn't hang by these air bags. The top part of the mount is plastic and will break - rendering that bag useless. If you DO need to put it on a lift, be sure to chain the axle to the frame while its hanging to prevent damage. I wouldn't use these off-roading, but for towing, they're a good product. They install pretty easy. You'll need a jack and stands, means to get the rear tire/rim off, hammer and prick-punch, drill and wrenches. First side might take a little over an hour, second side will go much faster.

2011 Chevy Suburban 2500
They fit a 2011 Chevy Suburban 2500 with only minor grinding to the drivers side brake line bracket. Very minimal grinding. And totally got rid of my rig porpoising while Towing. Well worth the money.

Not all the parts was there
Didn’t come with all the parts! Having a hard time trying to find the 90 air fittings that should have came with this kit! Missing bolts, package was damaged

air lift ride control
I bought this a while ago for a 1999 suburban k1500 to help suspension while pulling a 33 foot trailer. I have sold trailer and use my suburban as a truck when needed I've hauled 35 sheets of 1/2" drywall no problem ,just put air in bags and go.
