How big is an individual beanbag? Could you please let me know the size in inches? Thanks!

Almost 2.5" by 2.5", but shortly under. They are nice, but are sewn with a little air in them and if they are walked on, they will pop and the beans will come out. With that being said I would but then again because my daughter loves to say the letter then throw them. That is her reward.

Are the beanbags weighted?

The weight is not too heavy for young kids to hold. They can toss and carry the bean bags easily. The size fits for small hands.

Is it possible to just buy two letters that we are missing? Letter L and letter U

I would doubt it unless you contacted the company directly. For me, I think I would buy a little piece of fabric, put rice in it, stitch it up and write a letter on it for what it would probably cost you. They were expensive for what they were.
