Replacement Power Switch for Bose QC-35, White Natural Versatile Plastic

The switch on my QC35II broke, like a lot of others. This one was made to higher specs. I’ve been using it constantly for about 2 months now, works like a charm. Leave it up to some lone 3D printer to make a better part than a billion dollar corporation.

My QC35 Power Switch broke right before a 5 hour flight. Bought a pair of the newer QC700 in the airport because I wanted some headsets for my flight.Started researching online and found out the power switch breaking was pretty common and a known problem with the QC35.Looked on You Tube and there are a couple videos on how to repair the power switch. They were repairing and using the previously broken switch.I opted to order this replacement switch and it took me about 3 minutes to repair my headset.I already had a small screw driver set. I did not take off the ear cushion like in the you tube video. I recommend using a headlight.I simply folded back the inner fabric of the ear cup to loosen the three screws. I only backed the screws out enough to remove the ear cup outer cover. I removed the broken power switch and replaced with the new power switch. I put the cover back on and retightened the screws. Folded the inner fabric back into place and they are working good as new.This white replacement switch feels more sturdy and secure than the one that came from Bose. I can highly recommend this replacement power switch for your Bose QC35.I also like my new QC700's.You can't go wrong with either.
