Happy SecretGraduation Doctoral Tam Velvet with Gold Bullion Tassel

Too small!!!

I have a relatively small head (21 inches) and the tam barely fit me. The upper part looked too small (and quite ridiculous) as well.

I ordered these expecting them to fit my head even though they didn’t say they are one-fit-all size. But it came as a surprise because it is HUGE on me. I guess it would be beneficial to have a measurement of the height, width measurement in one of the photos

Does NOT include tassel! This is the hat only, I am so disappointed. The tam does no good without the gold tassel that is in the description.

I like the material. Totally worth the Money.
