I do suffer from depression and despite good intentions, it gets triggered every now and then disabling me to get to work or be upbeat about anything in life. These pills here do help. The trigger point of depression was magically gone and surprisingly I didn't get affected by minor issues. I could get out of the bed and go to work without moping around. If there is some chemical in brain that causes or fuels depression, this one certainly took care of some good portion of it. I didn't experience any side effect. One very notable effect of this pill on me was the "positive calming effect". We all know how coffee is essential for many people to get to work and be able to sit through classes/meetings. Also, coffee is addictive and we gulp it down just whenever we get a chance. Now the side-effect of too much caffeine is "anxiety". Already, the deadline is approaching fast and the age-old procrastination hasn't left much room to ruminate or strategize properly to tackle the problem. Caffiene causes anxiety and visibly makes us anxious causing cloudy judgement, poor decision making, impatience and sloppy work. This pill in addition to beet-root pills helped me to calm down without falling asleep (other calmers just put me to sleep. I don't wanna sleep, I wanna work!). The pill was easy to swallow. The only downside is the price, it is very expensive and since I take 2 per day, I use it up pretty quickly. Hope this helped!

the best product for stress. I take it when needed for anxiety or racing thoughts and it works quickly and effectively.i definitely feel more calm and better able to get what i need done.it works great in the midst of a panic attack so i keep a container in my pocketbook on the go. i also will take it to fall asleep quicker when i am worrying or having repetitive or racing thought. i have a sleep disorder so it works well with ambien. i have not felt any side effects. i highly recommend it. great seller and product came quickly. i do order 4 or 6 at a time which saves a little money. i have never needed to take perscription drugs for my anxiety.i will continue using this product. it is hard to find at any stores near me so i am thankful i can get it so easily on line. thank you

I am in decade No. 3 of treatment for PTSD and Panic Disorder -- it's been a peach. For someone dealing with something like the same, I would suggest that this is worth considering. I wouldn't suggest that this packs the same punch as something your doctor might prescribe. On the flip side, it doesn't carry with it the same side effects of drowsiness or memory impairment, which is HUGE. For my part, I find mornings very difficult as lethargy gives way to debilitating anxiety that upends my days. I've taken this for only a few days in the a.m., but it does seem effective to hold anxiety at bay long enough to get to the gym, or simply to get going. I started looking into a natural stress relief product at about the time my wife was having our first kid. I'm typically a pretty chilled out and mild tempered guy. But during this phase, I was getting super stressed out and having panic attacks when I was driving our baby around. After using this for a few weeks, I definitely noticed a more serene feeling, with none of the side effects of a prescription drug. It could be a placebo effect for sure, but it's also possible that it had a legitimate positive effect on me. I tend to think the latter. Give it a shot, especially before taking prescription drugs!

I already finished two bottles with no sign of stress reduction! The only thing I noticed is the deep heavy sleep!

These work great! I can tell within 30 minutes or so after taking them. They really do help to calm me when I’m feel overwhelmed.
