I am an RN I wear this at work. This item does what it is designed to do. It also helps to keep the mask tighter, helping to eliminate gaps around the mask.

The silicone is soft & buttons work great. Came early. It is perfect for someone with hearing aids, as it does not have to go around ears.

My ears feel so much better, plus I can adjust the tightness. Almost don't notice the smooth soft rubber, very comfortable.

Easy to use. Love how you can pick so many options of sizes ... depending on where you want to wear them and how you have your hair styled.

As a retired surgeon the masks used in my experience were tied behind the head for a custom fit. I find the most common masks now are using stretch material looping behind the ears. Frankly this is a far inferior approach for protection. This extender device improves the poor design.

I’m only 5’4 and 128 lbs but too short

like I said not as big as I thought and little short by one inch on each side for me i where a large hat size I'm sure that's the problem is just me so I believe u will like them if you where a small to med size hat I
