Russell Athletic Women's Cotton Performance T-Shirts

Needed a light weight part cotton shirt for sun protection since the others I have purchased that are 100% polyester/spandex are too hot when wearing in the sun. It IS light weight, so am hoping that it DOES provide the noted UPF protection when I'm on walks. Normally would wear a medium, but purchased the large since others indicated it runs a bit small. It is a bit fitted, but not to tight for my purpose. Am buying a few more hoping they provide the needed sun protection throughout the summer. Definitely happy with the comfort and look, so it's money well spent.

During arm workouts, I find myself having to hike up the shirt to avoid feeling restricted. I have this in gray and black, both have the same issue. Considering this, I would recommend potential buyers to be mindful of the shoulder fit and perhaps consider sizing up for a more comfortable workout experience.On a positive note, the moisture-wicking properties of the fabric are impressive. The T-shirt effectively keeps me dry, even during intense sweat sessions - without the stench from other workout shirts. I appreciate the simplicity of the design, making it versatile for both the gym and casual wear.Despite the shoulder issue, I continue to reach for this T-shirt for its comfort and breathability. The price cannot be beat! It's become a staple in my workout wardrobe, but I hope the brand addresses the shoulder tightness in future designs. If you prioritize the natural feel of cotton during workouts and don't mind a bit of shoulder tightness, this T-shirt is worth considering.

It fit like a charm but unfortunately just based on how I am, I know I would never wear it because of how uncomfortably itchy the material is. Oh well, time to look around for different long sleeve shirts.

Russell has always been neck and neck with Champion in my opinion. Was not let down on this purchase. Fit my wife perfectly for a cosplay outfit.

I ordered a XXL and I usually wear an XL and I have a large bust and find the shirt to fit a bit snug, would've liked a little more stretch to the shirt, they are a little stiff. But they are made of good quality, and the blue is so vibrant.

I'm a petite 5ft tall about 105 lbs female. The xs size fit me, but it was a close fit under the armpit & I could have worked with it. However, the small provided more space. I also wanted some more room around the chest area since I'd be wearing a sports bra underneath. I wear a 32B. I also like that it falls near the hip area, NOT covering my bottom.

I purchased white color in size Large. Yikes! It fits more like a small medium size. Right! Usually large is loose on me. I’d order an XL next time for a comfort fit. The fabric is lightweight but I found it’s good under sweats or sweaters for winter wearing and will be good for summer as long as it doesn’t shrink much when washed and dried. Good price for the shirt but not if it shrinks and becomes a car washing rag! I will say the stitching and construction of the shirt is very good.

It fits well and has flattering shape.Slightly longer for better coverage. Good quality fabric which washes well.

I was expecting those sweat wicking type of fabric but it was more like cotton, felt scratchy like what some of the earlier reviews said. Tshirt was really long. It fits me ok but..not what I expected overall.
