Grano Milano Variety Pack Coffee Capsules - 100 Pods Compatible with Nespresso Original line, Medium and Dark Roast, Espresso Coffee Capsules Made in Italy, (Packaging May Vary)

Like many of us in lockdown, my home nespresso consumption has significantly increased so I've been looking for nespresso pods that: a) taste good; b) don't sting my wallet; c) work in my machine (a worry reading across a lot of reviews of 'budget' pod options). Grano Milano have ticked all of those boxes for me after a couple of months of use. Do they work? These capsules work fine in my Krups nespresso machine; easy enough to close the lid, flow and that illusive 'crema' is good, perhaps a bit of extra run-off in the drip tray but that's manageable. Look? I was pleasently surprised by the quality of the box the capsules came in (almost gift-worthy), and while the vibrant primary and secondary colours of the capsules themselves are a bit brash vs. the sleak metallic finish of the Nespresso originals, I can live with that for almost a third of the cost. Flavour? If you're a connoisseur, Nespresso's own brand and the quality and variety on offer is still the benchmark, but at this price-point I've found the Grano Milano pods have a pleasant flavour with some clear differentiation between the different varieties in the range; the Crema is mild and smooth while the Supremo does have some rich chocolately notes

When I ordered this product first time, all capsules where aluminium and where working properly. I decided to buy them a second time. Unfortunately, already the packaging of some came damaged. The capsules are different, most of the capsules is plastic, the aluminium part differs, some work better, some don't even work. Coffee tastes watery. Big disappointment. I will not buy this product again. After my review I got contacted by the seller, that I had received a faulty product and I will receive a new one. After 2 days I received a new pack with coffee capsules. They work properly and coffee tastes very good. Great service from this seller. I would recommend.

Love this coffee it has some fruity notes they are all slightly different but it is really good coffee mind you all the coffee that I have purchased from Amazon have been great and they are good value but i shall probably try another one latter on but at the moment i really love this one and its good value

tried the Grano Milano pods over a year ago and was very pleased with the quality and value for money, Always one to look for a good deal but without loss of quality, I tried a number of other brands including the more established companies but none compared with the all round taste and aroma that you get from Grano Milano, I have had both the variety packs and the decaffeinated and can say that there is no loss in strength or flavour, have also noticed that the pods have recently been improved so are not only more vibrant but less likely to hang-ups in the machine. so once again great quality, great value but especially great taste.

We purchased these disappointing pods in this collection as a trial for use at group coffee mornings. Lower strength varieties were weak and flavour disappointing (especially the Lungo, which was no better than average instant coffee). Higher strength varieties had more flavour, but a somewhat unpleasant bitterness. Crema was poor on all. Supermarket own brand pods and Nescafe Gold Blend instant was preferred to these pod coffees (at lower, to less than half the price). Worse, in both our Nespresso and L'Or pod machines these very thin plastic pods (with foil top and bottom) partially crumpled or blew out and almost all failed to seal and leaked badly - So much leakage from some that they overflowed the waste collection trays with waste coffee and a few delivered barely more than half the stated volume on occasions. Really poor value for money, a mess to clean after each use, and they generate plastic waste. They had a chance, but we won't be placing any more orders for these really poor Grano Milano pods.

I think these are the best non-Nespresso coffee pods I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot. I got the variety pack, and each ‘flavour’ is really tasty, with a good crema. I like the decaf options too (sometimes you need a good coffee in the evening!). The Nespresso machine copes well with the pods, and I haven’t had one get stuck yet, unlike other brands. I’m definitely going to purchase these again.

Smooth.. These espresso capsules work perfectly in any original Nespresso machine. The “Crema” is the foam that rests on top of a freshly pulled shot of espresso. The Crema also reflects the freshness and quality of the coffee. With very subtle notes of chocolate, spice, citrus and nuts that can be found in various capsules depending accordingly, these are delicious. The best taste of any available and better than that the price. There’s nothing worse than a cheap espresso capsule that’s crap. This is the winner for flavor, freshness and price.

The coffee tastes great and works really well with my nespresso machine. I would order again.

Coffee pods arrived and after making it 2 separate times im impressed over the flavor and quality. I saw some reviews that the pods have plastic backs which was weird but these have aluminum foil front and backs and are very good quality. Coffee was nice and thick and flavored for the Lungo. I will try others as their turn comes. Good deal for the price, and to me its similar as the original pods which are about 3x the price. I will order again when i finish them off.
