Juvale 3-Piece Fine Mesh Sieve Strainer Set, Stainless Steel Professional Round Flour Sifters for Baking (3 Sizes)

I purchased this to use as a sprouter and it works well. I like the different sizes for each type of seeds. I grow wheat grass in the smallest one and transfer it into a container for an economical alternative to cat grass. Microgreens are so expensive from the farmer's market/grocery and this is a great alternative for varying amounts for use in salads and power bowls.

So because of the pandemic and everything, and because I watch too many YouTube videos, I decided that I wanted to try to do bonsai. And for bonsai, you sometimes need to sift your soil components to remove any particles that are too fine, for the purpose of ensuring good water drainage and such. Well, I thought I could use these sieves to do the trick, but unfortunately, they're a bit too fine to be of any use for me. But, I'm sure they'll work great if I ever need to actually use it as intended, to sift flour. So although they didn't meet my needs, I do still think it's a good product for the price, and am not totally dissatisfied. Next time I'm going to make sure I buy a sieve that has bigger mesh, so it'll actually work for what I need it for.

Took a lot of forceful tapping on the sides to get flour an powder ingredients to sift through. Overall, sturdy, good quality, arrived fast.

As a professional baker I am always frustrated with the tiny sifters that are the only ones you can find at a grocery store. But I love these! These are the perfect size for baking at home, while still giving you professional quality!I also love that there are three in different sizes!

My first time using this style of sifter and we love it. Much easier than old style sifter. My granddaughter who is learning to cookLoves it too. It is a very fine sieve for flower. Does not work for draining.

Very disappointing. The mesh is EXTREMELY FINE, which was not specified in the product description. I tried gently to grate soft cooked potatoes through one of them and the mesh pulled out of the frame. I pitched it. The other two have very limited uses. Make sure the mesh you are buying is what you want. These may be the right product for some buyers. Not what I hoped for, though.

Initially I thought this was going to be great, and it works well for things like liquids and rinsing berries, etc. Here's where it breaks down. This is a fine enough sieve that when I tried to sift a cake flour and sugar mixture, it sifted the flour but kept all the sugar in the sieve. Not....ideal. I wish I could return, but missed the window. For some stuff its great.

So far these have been perfect for my use. Nice to have three sizes. So far so good.
