You can look up all the ingredients including, "other ingredients" and when you find the fornula that you want, write down the "Product Code # that is at the bottom of the front of the bottle following, "60 Tablets". The Innate Response site codes do not always match other sites codes, so using the product code from the picture of the front of the bottle id a great reference. These are good Whole Food vitamin, minerals, Organic Botanical Blends, Phenolics, and Immune Blend. Vitamin A is made from carrots and Vitamin C is made from oranges which is great because if you see Vitamin C made from ascobic acid, understand that ascorbic acid is not Vitamin C. Ascorbic acid actually leeches Vitamin C from your body. It acts as a oxidant instead of an antioxidant, so it causes rusting of your cells like rust does to metal. You see, ascorbic acid is very cheap to produce and because of the "Big Vitamin C Lie, most people are not aware that ascorbic acid is not vitamin c. Re, innate response formula. I just started taking it, recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. I just had hip replacement surgery. I am sixty three years old and my bone density test showed a loss of density. All women out there should be taking a multivitamin and vitamin D for good bone health
