These psyllium husk capsules have been a great addition to my routine. They’re an easy way to get more fiber without having to mix powders or drink anything gritty. Even though I eat a well balanced diet my bowel movements werent always predictable especially when it came time to wipe. These fiber pills are a great way to maintain a level of consistency when it came time to do the doo. No more furious wiping forever and now I feel more empty.If you travel a lot these are great to take as well. 3-9 pills a day are recommended and I couldn't agree more. Nothing worse than being stuck on the toilet forever or being bloated while traveling. These also have helped me stay full longer, eat less and maintain my weight. Great buy.Btw the fiber these provide is only 1.5 g per 3 pills but it's recommended you get 15g of fiber per day. So they work well even in small doses.

This product is great and compared to Metamucil which I have been on for years now. It was much lighter on my stomach and because it didn't have all the other ingredients in it that Metamucil does, I didn't feel sick or have a after taste or have any sugar or artificial coloring. Since I am allergic to so much, and have severe Crohn's disease this has helped me to stay regular and without struggling or having the runs. In a sense, it keeps me normal. I would recommend that you take at least the 2 times a day, I personally do the 3, only because I have Crohn's and that is what works for me.Psyllium husk is so good for your digestive system and can help you so much, but many of times people so not like the taste or the feel of the powders (like Metamucil), which I have used for years and when I cannot take it, I used the pills.I do find that Metamucil does work well, however with all the extra artificial colors, sugar, and additives, I just don't want to take it anymore. I want something that is make naturally and not have to add things to make it work.I tried the sugar free version of Metamucil until I found out it has aspartame in it and then, I stopped that. I am highly allergic to aspartame and it turns to formaldehyde at 96 and your body temp is usually 98. So I figure this is not something I want in my body.Sugar is a big issue I have with my Crohn's, any added into something, tends to cause me problems.The great thing about this product is your not getting all those other additives, you just get the psyllium husk and these are veggie capsules, so they shouldn't bother you.Another great thing about this product, is you get twice as much and at a reasonable price. NOT like Metamucil which charges and arm and a leg for only 26 days of pills.I would suggest anyone to compare them, and see how much not only that you feel better, but you can save.By the way, my bottle of pills looks just like the stock picture. With all the information.If I could make one suggestion to the seller, try and take all sides and angles to the bottle, so people can see every detail, it makes it easier for them to make a decision. I know I had to read reviews and to ask others questions, before I made my decision on this product.I also do not endorse any product that I personally do not use. This is a miracle for (70 yrs old) me. I had inguinal hernia surgery from pushing too hard during constipation a few years back and don’t want it again. I take two of these with lunch and the next morning it’s ready, steady, go.

I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4.The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.

Great supplement! I'm using to add into my dog's diet for anal gland issues he is suffering after his neuter operation. I just pop open the capsule and sprinkle over his food. Has been working great at keeping things moving and firm.

Pretty happy with this stuff I can definitely tell I am not as hungry.
