Awesome product...keeps the kids interested in shooting with Dad
Took these to the range on a couple of trips now and they work Great. We set up the targets at shorter distances for my kids and they loved the easy to see orange clay targets and the instant gratification of seeing there hits. For the older ones in our group we ran two rows of targets and had a competition. The flexibility of being able to vary the targets location and securely hold the clay targets was a giant plus. The product is exactly as described spring steel and we have shot many different calibers with only a couple of minor hits to the steel. We were able to bend the steel back into shape and keep on shooting. Great product so far very happy with purchase and American made...

Solid and simple target holders
I ordered a set of these holders, they arrived on time. Product appears exactly is pictured.Took them to a shooting range this weekend to test them out and they did not disappoint - easy to setup and remove and are light weight, which counts when you carry them 150 yards out and back.I managed not to destroy a single holder today, hopefully due to the solid wire these are made of and not because of my lousy shooting ;)Clean up is simple - wipe dirt if any and throw them in a bag after you done practicing - nothing gets stuck to them.I am considering ordering more of these holders in order to be able to set them up at different distances in one walk.

Good value for the price
These clay target holders work great. I buy a box of 100 clay targets from Walmart for ten bucks and have a great time blowing the, apart. Of the seven included target holders I have bent up 3 and broke one. The bent ones I managed to straight3n up enough to still hold clays, but the broken one was beyond saving. Still after shooting several boxes of clays I can't really complain. The target holders were cheap , but work as they should. I give them a thumbs up!

These are fantastic for my use
These are fantastic for my use. I wanted a reactive target to use with my 404 Jeffery. 400 grain monometal solids are hard on steel targets and pose something of a ricochet risk as well if shot on steel. Clay pigeons are just about ideal and these holders are easy to use and they work. They aren't made of particularly robust material so they may not work well if you have hard soil. Many reviewers have pointed out that these do not hold up if hit with a bullet. They are correct. I don't understand why the manufacturer claims that they will and in my opinion should modify the description. If you are shooting high volume, especially handgun, they will eventually get hit and destroyed. It's the price of doing business. Were they made strong enough to hold up to direct gunfire, they would pose a ricochet risk at close range. If you want something that is going to hold up forever, get 1/2 inch hardened steel targets, mount them appropriately, shoot with appropriate bullets and at appropriate range. If you want something reactive, inexpensive, safe with any bullet, lightweight, quick and easy to set up, portable, but semi-disposable, get these.

Simple means to make target shooting more fun
Bought these as a means to add a bit more excitement target shooting a .22 rifle versus paper targets. Product is well-built, sturdy, and held the clay pigeons securely. Very happy with the purchase and couldn’t see another product being any better for intended purpose. Fun watching the clay targets shatter when hit and competing with others to see how fast we could knock all of them off the holders. Box is pretty sturdy as well that they came in and nice to use for storage when done. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

Totally Fun and Challenging Target
Product just as described, it's a fun and challenging way to shoot at targets. We were in the desert and set them up at 50, 100, and 150 yards (if you're a good shooter, you may want to get another set to reduce the walking time to set them up, although, at 150 yards, we didn't set to many up :)The best part about these targets is the hit confirmation. It was awesome to see the target shatter when hit (we had contests going on), a very similar feeling to skeet shooting with a shotgun.I would definitely recommend this product. I brought mine all back home after a weekend of riding and shooting, though I did bend a couple when shot, I was able to bend back which is a bonus to other targets I have used.Remember, when you get these, be sure you have clay pigeons on hand, I was able to get some at the last minute from Big 5.

Price is high for one time use product
I know the issue is with aim but most folks aren't marksmen and thus they will end up shooting the frame. Once hit the frame is so weak that it is usually done for...thus the one time use product comment. Did I like these? Yes. Would I recommend? Only as long as the buyer knows these are not built to take any hits themselves. Also it would be nice to have them in a brighter color...lost one just because I couldn't find it...blended into the sticks and gravel of the quarry. I would buy more but spray paint them neon...for easy recovery and cleanup. If these were cheaper I would consider buying again...other than that...does what it is supposed to do...holds clays. Just wish it was cheaper like the clays are...

Good Confidence Builder
Works great! At 200 yards it’s a lot easier to see a clay break than a 1/4 inch hole on a piece of paper. Great for building confidence in your shot.
