Ultimately, you need two people to put the pool together. There are 15 pieces to the railing, 15 elbow joints to connect the railings,15 posts, and15 boots for the posts. Each of the railings must be placed through sleeves in the pool lining and then connected to an elbow joint. Good luck getting that last railing connected in the elbow joint. There is a vinyl band that is strung around the outside of the pool. The posts must be place between the band and the pool lining, quite tedious. The posts snap into the boots, some snap in easy and some are difficult, not consistent. Once the pool is up and your ready to put the cover over the pool, you'll need a team of four people to put it on. There is nothing for the cover to grab onto while you are putting the cover on. It continually slips. And once again you'll need some luck to tighten the cover up, should you get it on. If you do not have a flat piece of property, even if it is a very slight slope, be prepared to spend a great deal of time on getting the area prepared, near to perfection for leveling. I just don't see the posts having much leeway to support the pool should the ground not being perfectly leveled. The water pump is easy to put together, except for one small detail, there is no marking on the pump that explains the water inbound port and the water outbound port. Instead they have a plus sign over one of the ports; whatever, that is supposed to indicate. I called the customer support line. I will give them credit that I was able to speak with an agent in a timely manner, and the lady was very pleasant. Here are the areas where their support line failed: 1) Open Monday through Friday, during typical daylight working hours, and not on the weekend when most people will be putting together their pool, 2) The agent was not trained and it was evident that she had no instructional diagrams to look at, 3) She spoke to her supervisor and it was obvious the agent was struggling and the supervisor did absolutely nothing to help her address the question or jump on the call with me; when I asked to speak to the supervisor, the agent only repeated the same incorrect information. I searched the internet and the Intex web site to look for a video on how to connect the hoses from the pump ports to the pool ports; nothing.

The filter hoses pop right off. Even put hose clamps on and they still leak. Made sure the o rings seated in the grooves in the hoses. The inlet hoses blew off just trying to fill the pool without even running the pump. Impossible to use this pool. Will probably just slice it to bits and buy a Coleman.
