Absolutely useless. No ability to add and track "request times off." No way to input "unavailability."It does not assist in generating schedules. You enter every person just as if you're using excel to make a schedule.Every time frame for a shift has to have its own profile. So if you have lots of people coming in at different times, you have to create a separate "shift" for each of those time frames, then you can assign each one to a different employee.No way to mark employees as minors. You can add "notes" but nothing stopping you in anyway.

I have been a Visual Staff Scheduler Pro customer for years. It's a great way to schedule your employees and make sure you have the right people scheduled at the right time and place. You can enter your staffing requirements by shift and make sure you have the right number of people scheduled. It also handles shift rotations and tracks time off. I would recommend it to anyone who hates scheduling!

We have 60 people sharing 10 workstations. According to ABS Technical Support, each person will be required to register each time on each workstation, a total of 10 times per person, to be able to use the product, and they say there is no way around this.How utterly, incredibly, stupid for a multi-user applicationWorthless!
