Even though when you first use it, it lies flat on the induction hob, as it heats up it develops a slight bulge and only makes minimal contact making it very inefficient for induction heating. Otherwise it seems alright. Would probably work great on gas fire.

I like it and would like to have a lid too.

No scratches when I cooked a porterhouse steak!

Bought the 12" pan but it only measures 12" because of the curved edges. It's noticeably smaller than my other 12" pans and the 12" lid that I have does not fit, it sits on top of the curved lip. Pan itself cooks and cleans OK, though I do have a noticeable scratch on the outer edge and the bottom side of mine does look a bit beat up. Might look at the 14" one

Easy to clean and very cheap. Nothing sticks to it. No scratches in the time we've had it. But MAN is it warped. This pan is flat as a bowling ball. Closer to a wok than a skillet. Warped in less than 10 uses. Makes the tramontina skillet look pretty darn good in comparison.Warped on a gas stovetop isn't as annoying as on a glass top where skillet temps are drastically impacted by the pan touching the glass.I don't like the lip on the skillet that sprays water all over when I flip it over while washing it. Keeps me on my toes!I wouldn't buy this product again.

While the non-stick surface works very well, the pan itself is already warped. This is even after being careful not to subject the pan to cold water after cooking. I always let the pan cool naturally and it still warped.
