A big reason for phone upgrades is the look. This case looks really, really good and because of that I will hold out on upgrading. The S5 is a very capable phone, but I was honestly getting tired of the look of it. I won't say it is super protective, but this case looks really good. Kinda iPhone 6s-ish but good looking. Some reviews say that it scratches easily so I've purchased a universal screen protector to cover it. Not sure if it will take away from the aesthetics but will give it a try anyway.Also, this case will not allow you to install the phone from the front. You will have to pop the back cover off and install the phone from the back.Edit: took a road trip and needed my GPS. Thought something was wrong with my phone because GPS wouldn't latch. Realized it was the case. Think someone may have mentioned it in a previous comment but let me reaffirm it. No GPS with this case. I like it still, but i will just have to remove it when i need GPS.

The case is too narrow for the phone. While I was inserting the phone, the back popped out and could not fit back in with the phone.

When I first got the case, I struggled quite a bit to put the case on. At first I thought I had just gotten a faulty case because my phone wouldn't just go in, then the back fell off and I got angry about the case breaking in less then 10 minutes. However, after looking at the case a little more I figured out how to put it on. After I figured out how to put it on, it was really pretty and I could easily access the buttons and the charging port. It's really pretty and I get a lot of compliments, I love it.

I like the gold and how it's like a mirror. It's just what I asked for. Kind of tough to put on your phone at first, but works well when on it.

Get this if you want attention.

The metal affected my GPS location so I had to remove it when playing PokemonGo, but then I realized it might sorta be a benefit because I would wander around and get mileage for my eggs and candies.

Great look but, must remove case to charge phone. It's very inconvenient.
