Did not come with hanger, brass fittings or storage bag
The hose is great although the description is incorrect as it on had plastic fittings and not brass. There was no hanger or storage bag either. Amazon were only able to offer a full refund upon returning it but I only required a hanger to be sent

Broke after 5 uses
Great stretch perfect for my garden unfortunately I only used 5 times and the inside tube has become detached so absolutely unusable! Definitely NOT value for money

Refund or replace & how?
Loved it on first use, on the second use the hose disconnected from the connector. The sleeve and inner rubber hose have disconnected, I can't get it back on. I'm not sure what to do, do I ask for a refund /return or will they swap for a new one as I liked it.

Cheap and a short term option really

Does not turn off
It does not switch off so constant water flow

Avoid at all costs
The hose leaked from the start, about 3 foot from the tap connector. I decided that I might be able to shorten, but left it for the winter indoors. Spring time came and I connected to tap, and water poured from the hose where the tap connector was. Totally useless. the core is very very low grade, almost disintegrates as you look at it.
