I heard about this years and years ago before it was released, and I thought it sounded exciting. The problem is whenever I saw hoodia for sale, it was always touted as "fat burning" etc. and had a ton of other garbage in it, like caffeine. Wasn't interested.This is straight up the real stuff. It definitely suppresses your appetite, but if you're addicted to shoveling things in your face all day for no reason, it's not going to stop you. I notice that I do feel less hungry and have been eating smaller portions, especially at dinner. Curbing how much you eat still takes willpower on your part, but this helps tame my appetite.

This truly works when taking the recommended serving. I struggled with snack cravings since starting menopause and gained extra weight that has been hard to lose. I can now change my diet with the help of this product.

This product did not agree with my system, It gave me terrible sinus allergies. Discontinued; this was a co-vitamin that was suggested works well together for weight loss; information obtained from Amazon reviews.

Great product does what it says. I originally purchased cause I heard about in on a documentary from dr. Sebi and wanted to try it. I liked it. Only used it maybe 5 times but it does work

I love this product! Definitely helps to not be hungry my only thing I dont like is how big the pills is.
