This polysaccharide is not separated or quantified in our material. One study does state that “β-glucans derived from fungi and yeast, which consist of a (1,3)-β-linked backbone with small numbers of (1,6)-β-linked side chains, are essentially known for their immune-modulating effects.” (PMID 24774968) Additionally, our beta glucans has been subjected to several independent university studies (University of Louisville) with generally good results. **Q: Is this made from yeast?** A: The label doesn't list "yeast".
