Has never bloomed in 2 years

I’ve had this plant for 2 years, it looks healthy but has never bloomed. It has full sun, zone 10, receives fertilizer but never blooms. One of the main reasons I got it was for the flowering so I will be looking for a different plant.

Not as good as it looked

Not happy with these plants had them for a while and they didn’t grow at all. They don’t look that healthy. Such a disappointment.
