The price was very reasonable, and I noticed it is EBT eligible for those who have EBT. They are 8 oz each. They are 150 calories per bottle. With 8 g of protein. There is no difference in taste but because it has a longer shelf life, either refrigerated or storing in pantry, you don't have expired milk before you get to drink it all. Add chocolate sauce if you choose not to go low-fat. Either way it makes for a great glass of cold milk with cookies!
