Such a great iron... almost. It has a heavy duty cord. The barrel has a nice weight to it and heats up quickly. The temp control is of better quality than some. But... it has some weird molded teeth/comb on the edge of the heat plate. Guess its supposed to help guide your hair, but it caused breakage on my fine hair. Otherwise, its a nice product, with a great price. The glove and heat sleeve is just extra bonus.

Seems to be made as well as most others. I was real impressed with the heavy duty cord. The cone cover thing that covers the connection of the cord to the tool keeps falling off. Takes a lot longer to heat up then most. The power button is on the inside of the handles... Why? The plates wont hold my hair when I try to use it to curl with which happens a lot with this kind of tool.my hair is very soft and smooth. So it cant do me any good. Overall Dissatisfied

I have short hair, almost shoulder length, and it has been bleached and colored. My hair is fine and straight. Using the lower range of temperature and the flat iron curling method, I have achieved some soft waves and volume with this straightener. This is what I purchased it for and I am satisfied with the results.

I didn’t realize is that the barrel of this iron is curved. And when I use it it does create a curl. What I wanted was a straight barrel in order to use as a straightening iron as it is advertised. Also the maximum heat when you turn it on is 230°. Not hot enough for my hair consistency. I don’t like this particular product and will probably end up buying something else.

Was excited for it but it works better with people with shorter hair and you have to handle it a certain way or someone has to do it for u because it would not curl for me

Review update: I have to change my review from 4 start to 2 because the teeth on the iron was ripping my hair out and causing more damage to my hair. I like the idea of this iron, but the teeth need to go.I’ve always been able to curl my hair with standard flat irons, but I feel like this is a game changer for sure. I was able to flat iron with ease and curl with ease. I only had it at 200° and it curled my hair. When I straightened it, I had it a bit cooler at 180° as I don’t need it too hot. Very happy with this purchase. My only complaint is the little teeth on the sides, I wish it was just plates to the side never was a fan on the teeth.

I like everything about this product. I have very fine hair and it works perfectly.
