I like the fit, size, and look of the chain. Was very pleased. But in less than a month, part of the latch seems to come off by itself. If my pup rolls or plays with another dog, after a short period of time, the chain will come undone due to one latch being “ify”. Looked on how to contact seller but no luck. Follow up… Contacted seller and they had me buy another and refunded the purchase. Great product and company, changed to 5 star

I have 2 very active dogs and they required some durable collars while keeping my husky from chewing my pits collars off each time I’d get a new one. This one worked out perfectly the only downside is both of the collars constantly fall off since the clip is sort of loose and the tag attachment on one of them broke after a few days. Overall the collars look great and feel a good heavy weight quality, just wish they were a bit more durable since my dogs constantly wrestle each other when they play.

Junk, don't buy. They look cool, but the buckle come buckled. My dogs got loose multiple times because of the buckle latch, lucky they listen.

Looks great on my dog. Only issue it comes unclasped fairly easily.

I purchased the 16” chain/collar for my boy and it fits great. He has a 15” neck and I didn’t want it hanging too low so the 16” ended up being perfect. Great quality collar/chain. It’s got some weight to it, this finish is great and smooth, the clasp seems very durable, and it doesn’t seem to bother him or pinch any hair while he’s wearing it. I thought he would scratch at it, but not even once...not even bothered that it’s on. It’s also easy to clip together and easy to remove. I also had some questions about sizes in other finishes and the customer service has been great. They emailed me that another finish returned to stock on the size I was looking for.
