Very easy to install item to install. Box came undamaged and fast delivery. Lights on it are amazing. Love the logs and glass rocks! Very nice touch!!!Only downsides I can think of:The remote control is a little too simple. You have to long press the color button to change the colors.When you just want to view the flames, you have to turn the heater off after you power on the unit.There is a low hum to it every 3-5 seconds. But since we have it installed in our media room. You never hear it when the TV is turned on.Item is well worth the price and a very nice unit. I would purchase this item again and would recommend.

This is a beautiful electric fireplace! It does have heat and it’s perfect, I live in Texas so it’s not cold but it’s really nice for my downstairs area when the house is cold downstairs but too warm upstairs with the heat. It’s beautiful to have and as realistic as a fake fire can look. Great buy! Would definitely purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. Very good quality and easy to install and use. It changes up to 4 different colors. I bought it a year ago and still working perfectly. It really warms up the room.

I build a fireplace and was looking for an electric fireplace insert that was close to realistic bad it could be. This one is perfect. It puts out great heat. Remote does it all. Hold down the fire button to change colors. Took a while to figure that out lol. Perfect and the price for the size is too good to pass up.v

This fireplace was very easy to install, and looks great. However, it does not turn on by default when plugged into a smart plug. You still need to use the remote to turn it on. Basically, it cannot be controlled remotely by Alexa.

Unit installs easy and has a nice flame. The remote is cheesy and only works if pointed "just right". The only gotcha is that the front glass overlay only has about 1/8 of an inch overlay along the bottom. The other edges have an inch or more. Having so little overlay on the bottom means you better cut the opening PERFECTLY straight along the bottom. Any deviance will show as the front glass won't cover it. I had to use a straight edge along mine after I cut the sheet rock to get it perfect.

I built a fireplace with bookshelves on both sides and used this electric fireplace in the middle. Very easy to add 2x4's around the insert with the dimensions given and you simply plug it in. There's a glass front to simply attach and put the fake fire logs in the front and you're ready to go. The fireplace is very warm and has controls to adjust the temp. It gets pretty toasty and we have it in a large area! Great buy!!

Easy to install for two newbies! We anchored to the frame of the fireplace we built with ease. The sticks were a pain in the butt to get right but that wasn’t a fault of the product. It’s very beautiful and our kids love the different colors. Love our cozy living room!
