I love these critters and will definitely be buying again.
We received these cute little critters for our plants and garden, and I was worried about shipping and their mortality. These cute little ladybugs came in a little box which looks like they have been well taken care of. They had straw, a cotton of water and a hole for them to breathe out of. Common sense tells, us critters being shipped through the mail are not going to have a 100% survival rate. However, we had a very very good amount that were alive 10/10 would and definitely WILL be buying again.

Wow!! I think I only saw like 2 that weren’t alive and walking around!! I’m so impressed. This is our second season ordering from them and we will be ordering again!! So so happy!! Thank y’all!!!!

Very few survived their first night in the garden
They arrived mostly alive. I watered my garden in the evening and released them in the garden after dark. In the morning almost all of them were dead, still on the leaves of plants I hoped to protect. Very disappointing.

Customer service is excellent. We ordered 1500 ladybugs and they were delayed in shipping and unfortunately most were not alive upon arrival. We contacted the company and they sent out another order promptly and these arrived in about 7 days and most are alive and healthy. Will order again for our greenhouse.

Such a shame
The high today was 82 degrees. We were home to recieve the package and I opened it immediately. At least half of my 1500 ladybugs are dead. I can see where an attempt was made to give them water on a little sponge thing. When I opened the package the top of the bag was folded over, making it impossible for the lady bugs to get to the water in the bottom section. All of the lady bugs in the top section were dead. I buy anywhere from 4500 to 9000 lady bugs a year and the ones in the mesh bag don't travel very well. I have much better luck with the ones in the cups. Please stop using the mesh bags. It is such a waste of not only my time and money, but your resources and the lives of the lady bugs.
