Maybe longer... Anyway, the place had been using the thing for like 4 years. We'd gone through many, many other pizza cutters and one of our guys decided to shell out the extra few bucks for a better cutter. Best decision ever. Pros: - Sturdy. - Sharp. - Easy to clean. - Makes very nice, clean cuts. - Essentially perfect. Cons: - A bit on the expensive side if you only make a few pizzas here and there. Other thoughts: - I got this one because I like the color of the handle, as the one I've been using for 15+ years is still perfectly fine. I just didn't like the white handle on it. - I worked in pizza for about 14 years, and personally made probably over 300,000 pizzas. I worked in 6 different pizza restaurants, and this is hands down the best pizza cutter I've ever used. I've used dozens of different types, and this is so far and away the best, I'd go so far as to say that it's the #1, and the next few best pizza cutters are just the same model with different color handles. Nothing else even comes close. Some folks like the half-moon cutters, but that's not my thing. - If I heard these guys were going out of business, I'd probably buy a dozen of these things, and pass them down to future generations.
