Softside Waterbed Heater with a 4oz bottle of conditioner and a patch kit for King, Queen, Full or Twin Size Soft side Water Bed Mattresses

I bought it because it had low power consumption and was antimagnetic. It was slow to bring the bed up to normal temperature and requires a higher setting to maintain enough warmth. It seems to be more important to keep a bedspread covering it at all times to maintain the warmth.

did not come with water conditioner, does not work well and you can't return it if you want since it says it contains posions gas or dangerous shipping items. DON'T BUY. If you can't sell this and send all items then Dont advertise at all. I am not the only one with this lack of items and lack of working

This says it comes with a patch kit but mine did not. Also it said it was for a queen size bed which is what I have. It took a very long time to get my bed to get to the temperature that I like. It does work but do not expect the bed to be warm in a week.

Simply did not do the job. Shortly thereafter I got rid of my waterbed and one of the reasons I did was the poor quality of heaters that I found on the market.

Very disappointing I bought this in February 2018 got the bed set up and plugged in about April 2018 and by October we noticed the bed was getting colder and colder. By Xmas we were freezing so we removed the heater and sure enough there was no heat NONE coming from the unit. Save your money and buy a better unit because this one sucks

it is just what I needed.

this water bed heater set was a blessing, i bought two. the heaters were better than the ones i had to replace. the instructions were easy. and the chemicals were an added benefit. thanks. i would recommend this product to anyone needing to replace a waterbed heater.

Dislike had it under my waterbed set at 100 degrees ever since I received it Waterbeds still at 50 degrees
