Review: Even a novice will experience success with this product! - I thought that the product had been tampered with when it arrived as the box was open and I didn't see the gloves, however, once I reached out to the company, they informed me that the box is not sealed and that the gloves were on the inside of the instruction sheet. I found the product easy to use and will definitely be buying it again. Only, this time I will select a lighter colour as this one was a bit too dark for my hair.

After using Herbatint for years, it wasn't covering my grays, so I decided to try this. Initially the light brown is very dark with a red undertone but it did fade after a week or two to a light brown. The next time I used half of the medium blonde and light brown and it was much better, still with a slight red undertone. Besides the color, it did cover my grays and lasts a long time. It's now been 4 weeks and my roots don't look too bad. My only complaint is that it did make my scalp itchy for a few weeks (the winter weather probably didn't help), but I didn't notice any smell either. I will continue to use this unless I find something else that doesn't make my scalp itch.
