I am so thrilled with these hair, skin, and nail gummies! I just purchased my fourth bottle of these and they will continue to be a part of my routine. These are delicious, and DID WORK - however, they did all get stuck together, and made one big clump, so I eventually had to just tear apart the gummies. I immediately noticed a difference in my nails, hair growth/general health!, and even my eyelashes - (I’m not sure if this even has anything to do with eyelashes, but they did grow!) Super easy to remember to pop in the morning , especially because of the great taste! The main reason I cannot rate 5 stars is because of the price. The serving size is 3 gummies I believe, which only allowed for maybe 2 weeks of the product. Would DEFINITELY buy again if they weren’t so expensive.. I’m also just a broke college student, so that doesn’t really help

The actual product gets 5 stars. I've used for over 5 years and have no plans on stopping. Saw nail results in under 2 weeks, at the most. This product is a reason why my hair is long and thick. The issue is the delivery. Even if it's being delivered from a local location, it needs a COLD PACK. Because drivers are making other deliveries and the gummies are melting in hot cars. Then, they become one big clump and you have to break your dose from the clump every daily. And that's a pain. And the quality is compromised.

I was having a horrible issue with my nails peeling & being brittle. I bought this along with some nail oil with the hopes of repairing them. I cut my nails as short as possible to cut off all the peeling & took 2 a day, I had to cut them short once more to clear out all the peeling, but then they grew back nice & strong with no peeling. I really don't see a difference in my hair & skin and don't know if I can attribute the result with these or the oil, but if you are having similar issues, I recommend the combination
