Do you receive 447 different colors, do those colors coincide with dmc colors and, if so, are they numbered accordingly?

They are all different colors. There are 447 DMC floss but now there are few more new colors and they are up to 457, I think.

Are these satin finish?

Yes, they are. I’ve bought few other maker’s floss and so far they are pretty okay.
