I was looking for chunks of thick orange peel with a tangy, bitter flavour, but what I got was mostly sweet jelly marmalade with hardly any thick cut orange peel. Very disappointing.

Usually when I buy whiskey marmalade for my husband, he says the marmalade is pleasant but he couldn't taste the whiskey. This one he could. Also, it is thick cut with a firm set, which he likes. He has said several times how much he is enjoying it.

Better than anticipated, I will definately be ordering more!
