My daughter-in-law told me that this was the best ice cream scoop ever & I have to admit I was a little skeptical since I have a Pampered Chef & a Tupperware one I really like but she was right! This is the best ice cream scoop EVER!! Ice cream is rock hard out of my deep freeze and with my other scoops I always have to have a glass of warm water to break through but not with this one…went through like butter!

I know it's probably a weird thing to be skeptical of, but I didn't expect this to be as great to use as it is. It feels like a high-quality product (and it has a pretty crazy guarantee, 10 years), not like a crappy piece of aluminum or plastic, like most of the other scoops I've had over the years...this also feels like it's going to last, unlike the others. Well done! Only downside is now I'm probably going to eat ice cream more often...

I have always HATED scooping ice cream. To the point it isn’t worth eating it if I have to scoop it. This dairy scoop is LIFE changing! It scoops ice cream like butter! That’s just an expression. I actually find it easier to scoop even than butter.I’ve tried a regular scoop and even the flat dairy kind. This takes the cake (Or ice cream).

I got this to replace an old manual scoop that broke. I will never go back. Easy to use even if the ice cream is hard.

This scooper is the best hands down!! Dishwasher safe and it makes short work of the ice cream when scooping. A must have for dishing the cold stuff!!

I Don’t usually write reviews but this scooper is kinda amazing! So I thought I’d let others know. I originally bought this as a gift for someone else but long story short . . I ended up with it. I’m not even an ice cream person. Don’t buy it hardly at all, except for birthdays or maybe holidays. So part of the Long story, my Son starts working at an ice cream plant and has some ‘Extra’ to pass around. I was using the old fashion large spoon and run it under hot water to help scoop but I just happened apon this scooper and thought it would be a Good gift. So I ended up with it and it’s Wonderful!! Scoops pretty easy and even easier to clean! I Actually started buying ice cream because this scoop is Sooooo easy to use and clean. Great product.

This is hands down the best ice cream scoop I have every used! It's so sturdy, it could be used as a murder weapon in the game Clue (ie. Col. Mustard in the kitchen with the Gorilla Grip Ice Cream Scoop). Seriously, this will probably crack your tile if you drop it on the floor! It handled a hard box of frozen sorbet like a hot knife through butter! And with a 10-year warranty and fewer decades remaining on this earth with each passing year, I will probably not have to buy many of these before I finally kick it.Do yourself a favour; take a pass on that dollar-store ice cream scoop and order up one of these Gorilla Grip Scoops! You won't regret it!

It is solid construction. I really like that you can scope ince cre with confidence.It makes nice round scoop.

Wow this thing is sturdy, could second as a home defense weapon. Works great and the grip is very comfortable for the times the ice cream is rock hard. I'd hazard a guess I don't think I'll ever have to purchase another scoop.

All I can say is all the reviews are dead on. The scoop is heavy, sturdy, and scoops like no other even with hard ice cream. I was replacing an OXO good grips version where the rubber handle had twisted and torn. This scoop is miles better!
