Are these pill s super large & hard to swallow ? i got the doctor's best magnesium glycinate and they were like horse pills !-[very hard to swallow]

The first batch I bought were indeed large - and I take 2 a day, but I just re-ordered and received the same last week and they are smaller and smoother and there is even a new statement on label that they are easy to swallow. I will continue to take them as they have made a big difference for me. (When I ran out the first time, I bought just Magnesium pills - Magnesium glycinate is vastly different!!

Is this equivalent to magnesium oxide

This is a form of magnesium that is well absorbed by the body and helps a lot with magnesium deficiency. I was having a lot of muscle cramps until I started taking this stuff. Now I feel great and have minimal to no cramps anymore. I would not take magnesium oxide, as this product is the most recommended.
