As a heavy amazon shopper, I get protection for many of my items. All good right? Wrong. Upon going back into my Amazon account and going over my items that I have protection for to check if my laptop was covered. I noticed the Asurion protection plans are separated from the orders by days. If you click on your Asurion email there is no mention of the item thats being protected. So now I have to play the match up game by searching through my orders and attempting to connect them to the appropriate Asurion account. Funny the order number that's in the Asurion protection email is connected to the assurion order itself as if it's a stand alone purchase. This is definitely not an accident because it's to perfectly orchestrated. This clearly proves they have no intention of you being able to easily file a claim. Now If you purchase one item here and there you honestly won't have this problem. But if you are a chronic amazon shopper like myself this is where the problem will kick in. Update your emails to include the products that is being protected.

My vacuum stopped working. They were able to review my situation and remedy it that same day. My account was credited and I was able to purchase a new one.

Asurion resolved my warranty claim quickly and with very little effort required from me. I will always treat Asurion with my business for warranties!
