Great for low weight, high reps
I love this for weight lifting classes, but wouldn't look to this for any kind of really heavy lifting. Definitely made for high repetition, lower weights. Only complaint I have is that you can't get a very wide grip, or a particularly narrow grip, but as long as that doesn't matter too much, this bar is fantastic. Very comfortable for squats, thanks to the foam around the bar. Easy and fast swapping of the weights (thought it could be faster, but meh, you get what you pay for). Generally, great for the price.

Nice easy weight set
This is a great, simple weight set. You get 2 dumbbells that are a little over 15 pounds each that can be joined together to make a 30 pound bar. They are simple to use with screw on locks. They were packaged well with each part in a separate foam bag. I'm looking forward to upping my home work out routine with these weights.

weights seem ok, the weights list kg not pounds and the training manual is either in korean or japanese if you can get past that you will like these weights
