Great quality and value
These Nature Bell Quercetin are a great value, I get the 2 pack and take 1 every day. I believe it has helped me from getting sick for the last year and with the addition of zinc and vitamin c and D3 it's a very good product.

Kept me from getting sick
So I finished the entire bottle of this supplement taking 1 pill a day and here is what I noticed in that time. 1) Although I am usually quite prone to getting colds, I did not get sick once. 2) My hair grew A LOT and fast I’m talking the thickest and longest it’s ever been. And then…towards the end of the bottle my hair started to fall out, excessively shedding galore. Lost about 60% of it. Not sure if this was caused by taking such a high dose of Zinc or not but I stopped taking it. (I also read that high levels of zinc can deplete your copper over time so now I’m curious if copper should be included in this supplement?) Anyway, soon after I stopped taking this zinc supplement yep you guessing it I got sick. As for my hair It’s been a few months now and my hair is still shedding so who knows if this was the cause. It was nice going so long without getting sick though so I would say this is a quality supplement.
