The first one came in bowed.....and I immediately asked for a replacement, which came the next day! Easy to use and accurate, and super customer service!

The main issue I have is that it did not arrive correctly calibrated. It was off by over 1 degree which causes concern because I am really not aware of anything I can consider perfectly flat on which to calibrate it. I would like it to able to achieve the .1 degree accuracy as I used it primarily for installing soft close drawer slides that require precision. Entire foundations, rooms, and even large counter tops may not be flat enough to use a calibration base.Other than that, it seems fine. It appears rugged and accurate. The buttons seem soft and I have to wonder if they would hold up over time with use.

I have been using a couple of this product for about two years and am glad I purchased it. I don't know how accurate the other brands are but this one is accurate enough for my purpose. I mainly use this for metal framing and it has been a great helper for the work. Just to make sure I frequently check and calibrate as needed.I purchased the third one that proves that I like this product. However, their customer service is questionable since I did not receive any response after submitting a question. I had to give it five stars because it did not ask about the customer service.

The level itself seems to be durable, accurate, decent case. Good budget level. The biggest problem about the level taking my rating from 5 to only 3 stars…. You cannot see level bubble while viewing from directly over top of the level. I didn’t even know levels were made without this (what I assume to be) primitive feature. If they added this I would definitely change to 5 stars. Also, the buttons seem a bit cheap and have that feeling they could quit working at even random let alone normal wear and tear.

I have several types of levels that I used as a professional mechanic, now retired. I prefer these for simple carpentry jobs around the house and yard. I have bought several upgraded levels of different sizes.

Stopped working completely in less than one year. Didn't drop it, leave it outside, or abuse it in any way. Just stopped working. Sucks!

Good back lighting, works well, easy to read and strong magnetic hold.Battery's that come with didn't last long. Hope some energizers last longer.

Very handy with nice carry case, I bought it to assist with reading slope on golf greens to help me feel the changes in percentage slope. It works really well for that but I am sure would be a great DIY tool as well.
