The paste is foamy like typical paste and helps keep little teeth clean. Super easy to use and enticing for little ones with Elmo on the packaging. This is a great price for the size tube which I think will last my little one a long time. The toothpaste has a mild fruity smell and taste, which my little one enjoys. We’ve been really happy with Orajel toddler toothpaste!
