Lewis Labs produces the best lecithin on the market! It is delicious and I top my cereal with it every morning. Without it, my breakfast tastes flat! I originally started using it about twenty years ago as a means of lowering my husband's cholesterol count and when it worked, I added it to my own diet. Now we both have excellent cholesterol levels! I would recommend it to everyone.

I have a fruit smoothie almost every day. I'm about to make one now! This adds just the flavor I want in my fruit smoothies and--not to be overlooked--it's the ingredient that makes the smoothie "smooth" IMHO. I've been buying it for years. Highly recommended.

Chemically extracted like all soy or sunflower lecithin into granules with acetone or hexane leaving a small reside maybe .001%, apparently it's worth it to my body! And this is the tastiest--unsweetened, yummy mild natural pineapple & coconut flavors. I like its beads in water or milk, though if you prefer you could blend away the texture. This helps my gallbladder challenged in breaking down fats/oils; detoxes & energizes my chemically-overloaded liver; cleans my sedentary arteries of nature's lifesaving cholesterol-plugs in acid pH caused holes; feeds brain; and is slenderizing. Alternatively you could buy Nature's Plus Egg Yolk Lecithin gelatin capsules likely not requiring toxins to process.

This contains the nano-particle called "tricalcium phosphate." There should be a VISIBLE warning label for ppl with healh issues involving kidney stones, phophate intake, and calcium issues such as hypercalcemia. Wish I could return, but no luck for a food product.

Not very good tasting. I am not using it.
