Excellent results with induction. A thing of beauty, simplicity and precision.
This pressure cooker is making superb French dip using top sirloin and a sauce based on beef broth. The induction cooktop allows me the right level of control over pressure. The large size means I can cook at least 4lbs of beef at once. After bringing the contents up to temperature using around 1200W, I then lower to 300W for the lower pressure on the indicator, or 500W for the higher pressure and faster cooking.I purposefully bought this oversized so that the lid is relatively high in relation to the contents and therefore stays clean. This works well and clean up is easy. The stainless steel seems to be high quality, and the safety mechanisms seem foolproof. Would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to the Instant Pot that gives you more options as a cook, and does not need to be plugged in.I don't think the description that talks about slow cooking is quite accurate. There is is enough pressure at the lower level to cook meat quite quickly.

Not a good experience
Worked well a couple of times. The lids stopped releasing steam and the the meat got charred. I was okay with one being a dud. But the second one conked out on me today. Sorry the lid looks fancy but doesn’t work well.

Best Amazon purchase thus far!!
My new go to cooking gadget. Saves times, softens meats in less than 20 minutes. I am more than happy with this purchase. At first I was a little apprehensive because it was on sale for $55.19 ( currently $145.00) and it is stainless steel, thought it was too good to be true, But I loved it so much I gifted one to a friend. I will definitely say read and follow instructions. Love love love love this pressure cooker!

Cooks fast with easy clean up
Works great, cleans up easily. Easy to take apart for thorough clean up. Very durable handles and plenty of safety features.

If you are a serious cook, get this serious pressure cooker.
Works well. Than handles stay cool, are in the right place and are just right for such a heavy (when filled with food) utensil. Cleans fast and easy but storing is a problem. This replaces the Kuhn I had recently purchased so I have something to compare with. The Kuhn was returned because the handle fell off and couldn't be reinstalled. The MIU unit is better balanced and is a better design.I make stocks, soups and today, country ribs. Fast and easy.

Broken handle
It never worked properly, steam kept coming out of a handle. Thought was doing something wrong but opened handle in case something was loose and found that parts were broken and it never sealed the steam. Never seen this issue with my other pressure cookers. Very surprised about the quality.
