Excellent mascara
This is my favourite mascara. For a non waterproof one, I personally find it doesnt transfer under my eyes, and always looks great, and no clumping.

If l could have give it 0 l would have done worst item l have ever bought off of amazon , it's gloggy and messy l only tried it once and had to cleans it off it was awfull it was blobbing inbig clumps everywhere and that is not exaggerating, do not buy save your money .
