hi, is it two litres of water to 2 caps of the liquid?

No. It’s a 5litre solution which will make 15 litres. So 3/1 mixture.

Can this be used through my karcher jet wash?

I wouldn’t as power jet might be too powerful Use a pressurised spray bottle to apply the cleaner then can rinse with power spray Hope this useful

Does this get rid the smell of dog urine ftom artificial grass as I've tried everything

Hi Yes it should. It’s formulated with a reactivating odour treatment to neutralise dog urine.

Can this be used on normal grass

It says it is safe for dogs, but I wouldn't think it will be a good idea to use it on grass.
