Does a good job ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Interchangeable with manfrotto XPRO fluid head plate *by E***O on August 27, 2020* This QR plate fits the manfrotto XPRO fluid head and is interchangeable with the manfrotto head. Someone else said this was too big or small for a manfrotto...not for my situation. Metal seems to be aluminum, or at least non magnetic, so probably won't rust. Using this for a spotting scope window mount, and wanted a plate/adapter that would be interchangeable with the manfrotto head on a tripod.
