Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG: Legendary Duelists Season 1 Box Display (8)

I recently bought this for me and my little sister of 6. I have been a Yugioh fan since I can remember. I never did open packs or boxes when I was a kid since they were just too expensive for my parents. Now that I am older and have the money to buy things like this it's great to share that experience with with the next generation. My sister and I had loads of fun opening the packs. Loads of cute and powerful monsters in this set that anybody of all ages can enjoy opening. Now as far as value goes I can't really complain. In rares alone the value for the cards was 84~ dollars, which is just about breaking almost even but I guarantee you the value of these cards WILL GO UP! You get loads of valuable commons in this set some of which are anywhere between 50 cents to 1 dollar 50. Which is pretty expensive for a common card. In total doing the math between all the rares and the commons the total value of cards I ended up receiving was 128~ dollars. I bought this set for 87 so for me it was if anything good profit, especially if you are a reseller. Again these cards will most likely go up in price in due time. Multiple hard to get cards received rarity bumps and when prices balance out they will probably be worth more than their older counterparts (my hypothesis). All in all if you are thinking about buying this set for me I recommend it. Especially for younger players and children they will love some of the really cute cards in this set while the veterans of YGO can get some value and pick up some cards that before were EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE in older sets. All in all a very good product and a very happy brother.

I read the comments and figured I missed out on the 1st edition BUT I DID NOT AWESOMENESS can't wait to open!

Was really happy to see that it was a factory sealed product with original plastic warp. Had no signs of resealing or tampering. All mini boxes were also in original warped packaging. Pulled one of the rarest/valued cards in the set.

I got most of the cards I hoped for definitely a lot of good cards in this set only bad thing I have to say the size of the boxes is a bit excessive but that’s it all and all great set

Box came factory sealed with no openings. Love all of the cards in this set especially the toon cards. Would buy again for sure.

Was actually what I had expected, the nostalgia is great and the added player card was a nice touch.
