Q: does noalox come black colored

I believe it only comes in white.

Q: Does this product help with electrical connectivity? would it help coating a 10amp 250v ceramic fuses from sticking in the socket?

This product is primarily used to coat aluminum wires, to create a barrier and prevent the aluminum from oxidizing as it is then not exposed to oxygen. This conducts electricity and so it could be used to help as a lubricant and a form of anti-seize for fuses. It is a bit messy however.
